PURPOSE:To provide a tape preparation having improved absorbability in living body, and composed of a substrate and a plaster layer applied to said substrate and obtained by adding a specific transcutaneous absorbefacient to a plaster layer containing a transcutaneous absorptive drug. CONSTITUTION:An transcutaneous absorbefacient consisting of an N-acylated amino acid (preferably having a 8-18C acyl group such as glycine, etc.) or an N-acylated oligopeptide (preferably having a molecular weight of <=1,000 such as N-lauroylprolyl-prolylglycine, etc.) is added to a plaster layer containing a transcutaneous absorptive drug, and the plaster layer is applied to a substrate to obtain the objective tape preparation. The transcutaneous absorbefacient promotes the loosening of corneal layer and contributes to the improvement of the transcutaneous absorptivity of a drug. The drug used in the above preparation is e.g. corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone, analgesic and anti- inflammatory agents such as acetoaminophen, etc., and hypnotic sedatives such as phenobarbital, etc.
