PURPOSE:To produce a multi-colored noodle having different surface colors in places, by laminating a plurality of noodle webs having different colors, integrating the webs with a noodle-web integration apparatus, and forming the integrated web to noodles by conventional method. CONSTITUTION:White noodle dough is produced by a noodle-making mixer and is formed to a white noodle web with a roll. Separately, a green noodle dough is produced by a mixer and formed to a green noodle web with a roll. The green noodle web is laminated to the white noodle web and integrated together by an integration roll. A multicolored noodle having green color and white color varying depending upon the position can be produced by forming the above laminated noodle web to noodles by conventional method. |
