PURPOSE:To make a visual range so comfortable enough, by forming an electrochromic acid cell solidly together with a windowpane, while controlling a quantity of electricity for the electrochromic cell according to a car speed, and constituting it so as to make transmittibility variable. CONSTITUTION:Electrochromic acid cell (EC cell) 1a-1c are formed solidly together with a windowpane 2, and the EC cell 1a is made so as to exist on a lone connecting a spot A on a road surface where one feels much fear at low speed to an eye point 5. Likewise, each of these EC cells 1b and 1c is situated on a line connection a spot B fearing at medium speed and a spot C fearing at high speed to the eye point 5. And, a quantity of electricity for these EC cells 1a-1c is made variable by output of a car speed sensor 4 via a blind control 3, whereby at the time of low speed, transmittibility in the EC cell 1a is made to be lower, at the time of medium speed, these EC cells 1a and 1b and at the time of high speed, all cells, respectively. With this constitution, a visual range is made comfortable enough.
