PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly of a shifter stay, etc. by installing the operation edge of the shifter stay supported onto an intermediate interlocking case installed between the front and rear interlocking cases so as to be exposed to the joint opened port side jointed with the intermediate interlocking case. CONSTITUTION:When an intermediate interlocking case 3 is demounted from the front and rear interlocking cases 1 and 2, the fastening between the intermediate interlocking case 3 and the front interlocking case 1 is released, and the both cases are shifted in the longitudinal direction, and a case 20 is shifted integrally with the intermediate case 3. Therefore, a main speed-change shaft 5 and a creep speed-change shaft 11 are separated through a gear part 25, and a front-wheel output shaft 7 is separated by a shaft coupling 34 part, and a power taking-out shaft 8 is demounted from a partitioning wall 9 part. When the intermediate interlocking case 3 is demounted from the rear interlocking case 2 and shifted forward, the creep speed-change shaft 11 is slipped off from a sub-speed-change gear shaft 14 and demounted from a partitioning wall 10. Since an opened port 18 part is opened, the rear edge part of a shifter stay 4 and an arm 30 can be easily installed and demounted.
