PURPOSE:To raise the steaming efficiency of barges by a method in which plural floats having hull adsorbing boards and propellers are moored movably on the sea, and landing device and its power source are provided for at least one float. CONSTITUTION:A barge 10 is moved to near a mooring device by a pusher barge, while floats 14, 15, 16, and 17 are moved, and adsorbing boards 19 and 20 are attached to the barge 10. Winches 21 and 28 are paid out and operated to move the barge 10 to a mooring position for mooring. Unloading devices 12 and 23 are driven by the generator 25 of the floats 14 and 15, and soil loaded on the barge 10 is unloaded on the land.
