PURPOSE:To enable an adhesive to be precisely coated on the cloth like a required pattern so that the cutting cloth is not floated up even in impressing DC voltage by using a coating machine of a liquid and sticking closely the cutting on a pallet with the wetting force of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:The following powdery grains of an electrically-chargeable adhesive are fed on the above surface of an electrically-conductive screen 9 by an adhesive feeder 7 which are capable of passing through the opened holes of the screen 9 provided with many opened holes corresponding to a required pattern coating the adhesive. Also a pallet 2 conveying the cloth 1 just under the screen 9 is wetted by a coating machine 4 of a liquid. The pallet 2 is conveyed just under the screen 9 with a belt conveyor 6 and also vertically moved just under the screen 9 with a pallet elevator 11. Furthermore DC voltage is impressed between the screen 9 and the pallet 2 with an electric power source 10 to form a electrostatic field, and also the adhesive mounted on the cloth 1 is fixed on the cloth 1 with the adhesive fixing machines 12, 13.
