PURPOSE:To optimize electrolytic corrosion preventive potential and to prevent the corrosion of a propulsive vane system by making approximately equal the set potential of a corrosion preventive potential detecting electrode provided in the specified position in front of an insoluble anode 5 provided to the outside plate at the bottom in the stern part and the corrosion preventive potential of the propulsive vane. CONSTITUTION:The corrosion preventive potential detecting electrode 7 is provided to the outside plate 1 at the bottom of the stern part in front of the insoluble anode 5 provided to the plate 1 at the distance equal to or larger than the distance between the anode 5 and the propulsive vane 2 of a ship. A rectifier device 6 for an external power source of the anode 5 is controlled by the electrode 7. The grounding resistance of a revolving shaft grounding circuit 9 is measured by a grounding voltmeter 12 and a magnetic-radio wave conversion type grounding ammeter 13. The corrosion preventive potential on the vane 2 from the anode 5 is made equal to the set potential of the electrode 7 by the above-mentioned method so that the adequate corrosion preventive current 11 flows to the structural body near the stern part. |
