The object of the invention is a clamping disc which is used for the movable mounting, securing and fastening of components such as collar bolts, straight pins, rolling elements, springs and the like in bores and other circular recesses, preferably with axial play, but also without axial play or with an interference fit. According to the invention, the clamping disc (1) is of flat design and consists of a spring rim (5) on which bending claws (3) directed outwards away from the circle centre are arranged. The clamping-disc outside diameter D1 has a larger size, matched to the bending angle upon elastic deformation of the bending claws (3), than the diameter D of the allocated bore. The size of the self-adjusting axial play up to the interference fit is realised by changing the size D4 of the press-in punch (7). <IMAGE>
