PURPOSE:To form the titled high-density magnetic bubble element by combining the advantages of an ion implantation system and a 'Permally(R)' system. CONSTITUTION:A minor loop group for storing bubbles is arranged in parallel in one of (-1, -1, 2), (2, -1, -1) and (-1, 2, -1) with respect to the crystal axis and the major line on the reading side is arranged in the direction of any of (1, 1, -2), (-2, 1, 1) and (1, -2, 1). By such an arrangement, the bubble can be extended along the end of a transport passage and a replicating action can be realized. Namely, an electric current pulse is passes through a conductor 16 to separate the bubbles, the bubble on one side is stored in the minor group and the bubble on the other side is transported on a reading major line and detected. Consequently, nondestructive reading is made possible.
