PURPOSE:To attain to improve the insertion of a wire while facilitating the processing of a wire insertion guide surface, by applying a hole forming processing to a sintered alloy blank material to which a V-groove having the line almost connecting the centers of holes as a bottom was preliminarily provided. CONSTITUTION:Wire guides 2, 3 are molded from a sintered alloy and prepared while a V-groove 7 is formed during the sintering stage of the sintered alloy and wire insert holes 8 are opened to said V-groove 7. By this method, the processing of a wire insertion guide surface becomes easy and highly accurate holes can be formed while no skilled person is required in the insertion of the wire and not only a wire insert time is shortened but also the effect of cost reduction is achieved. |
