<p>The swivelling hinge wings have a central tipping lever, automatically switched over by guiding and stop faces according to door angle. The system is used on a forcibly guided door hinge with two swivel axes, esp. for motor vehicle doors swivelling crossways through at least 270 degs. . The guiding (19) and/or arresting surfaces (20) are formed on plates of hard material inserted between the working components (3,17) of the intermediate piece (7) and the hinge wing (3,4). They are associated with support faces (27) for the tipping lever (15) close to the plates. Arresting surfaces may be of semicircular plan shape.</p> |
