摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a steel having superior resistance to hydrogen induced cracking and sulfide stress corrosion cracking by limiting a composition consisting of C, Si, Mn, V, P, S, Al, N and Fe. CONSTITUTION:This steel having superior resistance to hydrogen induced cracking and sulfide stress corrosion cracking consists of, by weight, <=0.20% C, <=1.00% Si, <=1.30% Mn, 0.030-0.150% V, <=0.030% P, <=0.005% S, 0.003-0.070% Al, 60-200ppm N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities or further contains one or more among 0.05-0.50% Cr, 0.05-1.00% Ni, 0.01-0.50% Mo, 0.002-0.030% Ti, 0.005-0.080% Nb, 0.05-1.50% Cu, 0.0005-0.0060% Ca, 0.0005-0.0060% Mg and 0.002-0.030% Zr. The steel has considerably improved characteristics by the fixed amounts of V and N added as well as the proper amounts of the alloying components.
