PURPOSE:To improve a test yield and to reduce a cost by using a pin connected to a lead terminal of a container including a hybrid integrated circuit or the lead terminal as the antenna of a rectangular wave guide tube. CONSTITUTION:The lead terminal 2 of the container 1 including the high frequency hybrid integrated circuit is inserted into a slotted pin 4 fixed by enclosing it with a dielectric 9, which is made of teflon, etc., and lies in a jig main body 8 composed of the rectangular wave guide tube, and the slotted pin 4 is used as the antenna of the rectangular wave guide tube 8. Thus since the circuit can be measured only by one alignment and the wave guide tube conversion, the performance inherent to the high frequency hybrid integrated circuit can be completely elicited.
