PURPOSE:To reduce eccentricity by a method wherein the inner diameter of a base plate and a pattern on the surface of a stamper are made concentric by pushing the side surface of a central jig, abutting against the inner diameter of the base plate and having tapered section, against the inner diameter of the base plate. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 2 is arranged at the center of the stamper having recessed and protruded pattern in accordance with a signal so as to become concentric. Thereafter, a photocuring resin 3 and the base plate 4 are put on the stamper 1 and the central jig 5, having tapered section, is arranged at the central section of the base plate 4 so as to prevent the eccentric arrangement of the base plate. In this case, the jig 5 is pushed by a pusher 6 so as to prevent the movement thereof since the up-and-down movement of the central jig 5 becomes a cause to increase eccentricity. In case the central jig 5 and the shaft 2 are worked so as not to have a clearance between them as much as possible, a replica having small eccentricity may be manufactured because the cause to generate eccentricity is the clearance between the jig 5 and the shaft 2 as well as the same between the stamper and the shaft while the clearance in the inner diameter of the base plate, which has been the cause to increase the eccentricity before, can be restricted as much as possible. |
