摘要 PURPOSE:To remove the generation of void between wires and obtain coils excellent in insulating performance, by a method wherein self-fusion-welded wires are coil-wound up, and wherein the wires are heated in a state that only the straight wire sections are kept and wound up, and wherein after that, the wires are hexagonally formed. CONSTITUTION:After self-fusion-welded wires 5 are coil-wound up first, the getting out of position on the wires is removed and the straight wire sections only of hexagonal coils are kept and wound up with heat-shrinking tapes 6 or the like in order to be firmly fixed between the wires. After that, in this state, the coils are heated in a heating furnace or the like. Finally, the coils are hexagonally formed. As the result, a process for varnish treatment is removed, and so void is prevented from being generated between the wires, and insulating performance can be improved. The productivity of the coils can be also improved.
