PURPOSE:To manufacture a pilot valve having simple and inexpensive construction by connecting a pump port to the large pressure-receiving face of a piston by use of a pipe passage having a throttle and connecting a pipe passage which spans between the throttle and the large-pressure receiving face of the piston, to the pilot valve. CONSTITUTION:A piston 108 is tixed to one end of a spool 107. The small pressure-receiving face 108b of the piston 108 is connected to a pump port 101 by a pipe passage 110 while the large pressure-receiving face 108a of the piston 108 is connected to the pump port 101 by a pipe passage 111 having a throttle 102. A pipe passage spanning between the throttle 102 and the large pressure-receiving face 108a of the piston 108 is connected to a pilot valve 200. Thereby, the pilot valve 200 can be made up as of a two-way type, on account of which the pilot valve 200 can be made simple and the cost be reduced.
