PURPOSE:The titled composition having extremely improved transparency and improved processing properties, obtained by blending a chlorine-containing resin with methacrylate resin and/or acrylate resin and lead 12-hydroxysterate. CONSTITUTION:(A) A chlorine-containing resin is blended with (B) lead 12- hydroxystearate, and (C) one or more of methacrylate resin and/or acrylate resin and/or an acrylic ester-methacrylic ester copolymer. Lead 12-hydroxysterate obtained by wet method is used as the component B and when >= equivalent amount of metallic lead is used, the basicity is <=0.5 base.
