<p>PURPOSE:To prevent data destruction of a memory by providing a data input completion signal outputting circuit that outputs a signal indicating completion of inputting of data. CONSTITUTION:When a portable type memory device 6 is connected to an electronic equipment 7, power source is supplied to a power source terminal 4 from the electronic equipment 7. When data are not inputted in a memory 3, a data input completion signal outputting circuit 8 does not output a data input completion signal to a data input completion signal outputting terminal 9. When there is no data input completion signal, the electronic equipment 7 sends write data to a data input/output terminal 1. An input/output controlling circuit 2 sends a write controlling signal and the data to the memory 3, and the memory 3 stores the data. When data are inputted to the data input/output terminal 1, the data input completion signal outputting circuit 8 outputs a data input completion signal to the data input completion signal outputting terminal 6. The electronic equipment 7 receives the data input completion signal, and does not make data writing operation in the memory 3 of the portable type memory device to detect that the data input is completed. Accordingly, the data of the memory 3 are retained.</p> |
