<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a Diesel engine from stopping due to an overload caused by a quick start by suppressing an initial exciting current when the engine is started at the speed or higher of an initial excitation start at quick restarting time. CONSTITUTION:If a start command is generated before an engine speed becomes completely zero from when an engine stop command is generated, a time limit relay 42 is not operated. Thus, its contact 42a remains closed, and the contact 41c of an auxiliary relay 41 is closed. Since the contact 43 is closed by the start signal of the engine, the contact 44a of an auxiliary relay 44 is closed. Since a contact 45 is closed when the engine speed exceeds the prescribed speed for initially exciting, an auxiliary relay 46 is energized. A bypass switch 35 is opened by the excitation of the relay 46, an initial exciting current is suppressed to suppress that the voltage of a Diesel generator previously rises from the rise of the engine speed of the engine.</p> |
