PURPOSE:To improve output characteristic by detecting a plurality of corona discharging voltage, and controlling to drive the primary winding of a high voltage transformer. CONSTITUTION:A power source voltage E is switched by a switching transistor Tr1 for driving a control drive circuit, raised by the secondary winding W2 of a transistor T1, and supplied through rectifying and smoothing units D1, C2 to a load L1. A voltage is supplied from a midtap of the secondary winding W2 through rectifying and smoothing units D2, C2 to a load L2. A power source is for a copying machine, the load L1 is for charging, and the load L2 is for transferring or cleaning precharging. The control driver detects a returning current by an overcurrent detector to limit or interrupt the output by the output of the detector. |
