PURPOSE:To bring a part of a material in a vessel to suction guidance and to discharge it as sampling by connecting a conduit provided on a cyclon which is coupled to a negative pressure generating means, to a closed vessel of a batch type treating device. CONSTITUTION:a batch type treating device 1 which is used, for instance, for parching beans is constituted so that beans to be parched are contained in a closed vessel 2, heated by leading in a hot air from a hot air leading-in pipe 4, and a torsional variation is given to the vessel 2 by a pair of vibration motors 9 so that the beans become a flow state. In this case, an opening 14a of an L-shaped conduit 14 is opposed to a space in the vessel 2, the other end is connected to a cyclon 15, and also the cyclon 15 is connected to a negative pressure generating means. In this state, the negative pressure is generated in the opening 14a by the negative pressure generating means 17, and the beans are sucked up and separated by the cyclon 15, and discharged from the lower part. Accordingly, a processing degree of a material can be known easily without stopping the operation. |
