PURPOSE:In a lead frame conveyor for a semiconductor production equipment, to enable the easy alteration of the kind of a lead frame in a short time, by changing the number of pulses for a pulse motor to alter a conveyance length, and by enabling the optional change in the distance between rails. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame clamper 4 can be moved rightward and leftward by a pulse motor 5 and a screw shaft 8. The clamper 4 is supported by a clamper bearing block 9 which can be moved up and down by a driving section 26. A plurality of rollers 3 are fitted on the inner side of a rail 1. A lead frame 10 is pinched between the clamper 4 and the rollers 3 so that the lead frame is intermittently conveyed along the grooves 1a, 2a of the inner sides of rails 1, 2 by a combination of rightward and leftward movement and upward and leftward movement of the clamper. The conveyance stroke of the clamper 4 can be changed by altering the set number of pulses which indicates a movement length. The distance between the rails 1, 2 can be optionally changed.
