PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for carry out the hemming processing, and to omit the man-hour for the processing to make the assembling work easy by welding both end portions of a hinge plate to the opposing portion of a flange provided in the circumferential edge of a lid body. CONSTITUTION:A fuel filler lid F2 is composed of a fuel filler opening 2 provided in the car body panel of a rear fender 1, a lid body 14 and a hinge plate 15 secured to the back side of the body 14. Further, a flange 16 toward the rear side is provided in the circumferential edge of the body 14, on the other hand, the plate 15 consists of a T-shaped sheet plate, and a lid mounting portions 19a-19c are formed in the tip portion of an extension 18 which extends in a horizontal direction in the region of the upper and the lower end portions and the central portion of the body. And a pair of curl portions 20a, 20b are formed in one side portion of the plate 15 in the state of sandwitching the extension 18, and are pivoted to a hinge pin 10 of the tip of a hinge piece 8 which extends from the car body side. |
