PURPOSE:To enable provision of rapid and sufficient cooling heating capability, by a method wherein, in case a compressor is started after a pause for a long time, coolant gas, discharged from a compressing mechanism part, is fed to the outside of an enclosed container not through an electric motor part but through a different discharge route by means of an on-off valve. CONSTITUTION:Coolant in a regrigerating cycle is dissolved in refrigerator oil 17 in a compressor 1, and mixture of the refrigerator 17 and coolant is stored in the bottom part of an enclosed container 6. When, with an electromagnetic valve 27, located in a first discharge route 23, closed, a compressor 1 is started, coolant in a vaporizer 4 and an accumulator 5 is sucked and compressed by a compressing mechanism part 8, and is discharged to a discharge chamber 16 through a discharge valve 10. In this case, compressed coolant flows to the outside of a condenser 2 through a second discharge line 20 and a second discharge pipe 22 not through an electric motor part 7, and is fed to a condenser 2 through a second discharge route 24. Thus, since the compressed coolant is fed in a high temperature and high pressure state rise of a refrigerating rise becomes fast, and a desired purpose can be acchieved.
