A roast plate is manufd. from ceramic materials. The roast plate comprises chamotte 65-75 wt.%, orthoclase 10-14 wt.%, pyrophyllite 7- 9 wt.%, kaoline 7-9 wt.% , porcelain clay 2-4 wt.%, and garnet 2-4 wt.%. These are pulverized and mixed. The grain size of chamotte is bigger than 2 μ. The molded mixt. is heated at 600-700 ≦̸C in non- oxidation atm. which is sintered at 1200-1500 ≦̸C for 0.5-1 hr. It is cooled quickly to 1000≦̸C and then cooled slowly. Water and oil are absorbed in the roast plate, and there is no scattering of water or oil.
