PURPOSE:Steam-blowing pores are bored on a plurality of pipes arranged in parallel so that steam-jetting differs in several ways in each pipe whereby steam is jetted uniformly all over the chamber. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of steam-jetting pipes 5 are set in parallel beneath porous belt 2 for conveying layers of tea leaves and connected to the branch pipe 4 on the belt 2 side. At this time, the steam-jetting pores 6 are bored on individual pipes 5 so that the opening range is localized in adjacent pipes 5 to homogenize steam distribution as a whole.
