PURPOSE:To perform surely an operation control of an air-conditioner by a method wherein an equipment code selective switch for a wireless remote control equipment capable of receiving exclusively an operation signal is provided and also a selective switch for a controlling element unit to control an air-conditioner is mounted to a remote control equipment. CONSTITUTION:The first equipment selective code switch 4 is provided in correlating with a specified remote control equipment 6 is provided and the second equipment selective switch 7 is provided so that it may work in correlation with a controlling element unit 1 for a general control of the air-conditioner, in addition, a receiving element unit 5 for receiving a light signal outputted from the wireless remote control equipment 6 is provided. In the controlling element unit 1 of the air-conditioner, the contents of operation procedure of the operation control for the air-conditioner as well as the equipments serial numbers of the air-conditioners outputted from the remote control equipment 6, are collated with the authorized equipments serial numbers list by the switching contacts 4S1-4S4, and if the above survey result finds yes, the operation control of the air-conditioner is performed in conformity with the signal received on the operation procedures, while, in case the survey result finds negative, the operation is controlled not so as to obey the signal instruction on the operation procedures outputted from the wireless remote control equipment 6.
