PURPOSE:To use inputted transfer information as it is and to reduce an operating time and to simplify the operation at switching to instant cash transfer because of the balance is deficient by providing a switching part for switching from card transfer control to cash transfer control. CONSTITUTION:When informed during a card transfer operation of the balance deficit from the center, a card transfer control part 8 informs a key input/ display part 18 while the control part 18 indicates and guides switching to the cash transfer. The control part 18 informs a switching part 17 then the past transmits switching display to each transfer control part. In such a way, the cash transfer control part 16 extracts and displays the inputted transfer information from a card transfer information memory part 9 and requests to confirm the transfer information. When the transfer information is confirmed, transfer control is continued from cash injection. In such a manner, transfer transaction is made possible without re-inputting transfer information, and the inputted transfer information can be utilized as it is so that the operating time is reduced and operation is simplified. |
