a. The invention relates to a device for spraying sand for resurfacing facades, composed of a vertical tank 1 containing the sand 2 and equipped, at its lower part, with an orifice 12 for discharging the sand, as well as with a pipeline for supplying compressed air 3, as well as pressurising members 17 located in the supply pipeline 3 and allowing the latter to be opened or closed. b. This device is characterised in that it includes members for halting use, located in the supply pipeline 3 and allowing the latter to be opened or closed, the pressurisation members 17 and the members 18 for halting use being connected to a control panel I from which they can be remotely controlled. c. The invention applies to the resurfacing of facades by a workman on scaffolding. <IMAGE>
