PURPOSE:To improve the thermal conduction from an insulated coil to a stator by filling and securing the coil through a slot insulator into the slot of the stator together with thermoset resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin cure accelerating layer 1c to become a cushion layer is bonded by an adhesive to one side of a lining material 1a of a slot insulator 1. The layer 1c is spirally wound on the outer periphery of an insulated conductor for forming a linear portion of an insulated coil 3 provided with an insulating layer 2 on the outer surface so that the layer 1c is disposed outside. This is mounted in the slot of a stator 4, epoxy resin is impregnated in vacuum and cured. Thus, since the layer 1c is disposed in a gap 4a between the the insulator 1 and the slot and a gap under a wedge 5, the resin near it is previously cured to prevent the epoxy resin from flowing, thereby preventing the insulation from deterioration. |
