PURPOSE:To improve magnetic efficiency by consisting one of reinforcing cores of glass alone and consisting the front part of the other of glass and the rear part of ferrite. CONSTITUTION:A main core 1 is constituted of the 1st and 2nd core halves 1a, 1b formed of an amorphous material having about 40-mum thickness. A projecting line 3 consisting of a glass material is provided to the corner part of the 1st reinforcing core 2 consisting likewise of the glass plate. The front part of the 2nd reinforcing core 4 consists of the glass 5 and the rear of the ferrite 6. A pair of the core halves 1a, 1b are directly imposed on the core 2. The core 2 is commonly used as a jig as well and therefore there is an effect of obviating the generation of a step in the stage of spot welding. One of the reinforcing cores is of the glass plate but the other is of the composite body consisting of the glass plate and ferrite and therefore the magnetic efficiency is not spoiled. |
