PURPOSE:To dispense with cleaning of the inside of a tank when colors are changed and to improve the operability and the operation rate of the titled apparatus by making a powder paint tank freely exchangeable, preparing color- charging tanks for respective colors and attaching or detaching the desired tank to and from a main body. CONSTITUTION:In a powder coating apparatus capable of changing colors, paint tanks for color changing are held by plural holding members and combined with the main body 4 of a powder coating apparatus and the paint tank 5, etc., is easily attached or detached by a driving gear 6. The rotating shaft 9 of an impeller 8 for agitating paint in the tank is supported by a lid 10 and made freely rotatable. The paint tank 5 is supported by a supporting member 12 and the supporting member 12 is horizontally slid on the upper surface part of the main body 4 to attach or separate the paint tank. Consequently, cleaning is dispensed with when colors are changed, labor and loss of time are reduced and productivity is improved with the increasing operation rate.
