PURPOSE:To retrieve extremely easily a person by providing an additional processing means which executes the additional processing on the picture plane of a photographed recording medium when the operation of a user during transaction develops abnormality. CONSTITUTION:When the user inserts a card through a card inserting port, the insertion is detected by a card insertion sampling and detecting part 5 to output a signal (b), which is transmitted to a main control part 1 then to a photographing control part 8. Then a command is issued to a burglar camera 10, and one frame is photographed. The card and a receipt or cash remain unreceived, and the prescribed time expires. Then the card insertion sampling and detecting part 5 outputs a signal (c), or an unreceived cash detection part 7 outputs a signal (d), and the card and receipt or cash are fetched into a device. Moreover, the signals (c) and (d) are transmitted to the photographing control part 8 to rewind the picture by one frame. Simultaneously additional mark data corresponding to the signals (c) and (d) are transmitted to the crime prevention camera 10, and a mark showing the omission of photographing is added. |
