PURPOSE:To automize the opening of a ventilator by arranging a movable shutter on the blow-off surface so as to operate linked with select operation of an air-conditioner. CONSTITUTION:When an output mode selector lever 20 is positioned at other than a VENT, BI-LEVEL mode, an inside/outside air selector switch lever 21 is placed on RECIRC, and the output mode selector lever 20 is placed on VENT, BI-LEVEL mode, and furthermore an air-conditioner 17 does not permit the air to be blown off to the opening of a ventilator 1 with a blower fan 23 operated. Under these conditions, 3 way electromagnetic valves 14 arranged on each of levers 19 through 21 are switched over allowing an actuator to operate. This allows a movable shutter 7 to be moved so as to permit the opening of the ventilator 1 to be closed. Similarly, in order to allow the air to be blown off from the opening 16, the opening 16 of the ventilator 1 is opened by means of the movable shutter 7. This configuration enables the opening of the ventilator to be automized.
