A line drum (10) is used, which is rotated by a motor. A clutch has two positions, i.e. a first position in which the motor is connected to the line drum, and a second, free, position in which the drum is rotatable independently of the motor. A manoeuvring component (30) is provided to change the coupling arrangement from the free to the engagement positions and vice versa, and works in conjunction with a pair of activators (17,18) located in the vicinity of the two ends of the line. |
