PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and to prevent defective insulation by mixing a remover consisting of specific wt% of dichloromethane, methanol, paraffin, etc. at prescribed % with solder cream. CONSTITUTION:The remover consisting of 30-50% dichloromethane, 5-20% methanol, about 5% paraffin, <=7% ammonium salt and others such as surface active agent is mixed at 1-20% with the solder cream. Such mixed solder cream is stuck for 2-3min to the desired insulated wire and soldering is executed in this state. Since the remover component in the solder cream swells and strips the coated film of the insulated wire, the man-hour for a pretreatment is reduced and the working efficiency is improved. The coated film is thoroughly stripped and therefore the defective insulation is prevented.
