PORTAL CRANE WITH RADIO REMOTE CONTROL GRAB

The Invention concerns handling machinery, namely: portal cranes using grab for loading of loose and bulk cargoes. Modernized crane " KONDOR " - MSN is equipped with a hook of lifting capacity up to 32 tones (weight of grab and cargo) and radius of 8 m up to 32 m. On the hook (1) of the cranes there is suspended a radio remote control grab (2) for which smooth closing is carried out at rise of the hook, and opening is autonomous, without the lifting mechanism using the built in radio-controlled mechanism of opening with an autonomous power supply. The control system of drives for all mechanisms contains a frequency converter. The frequency converters of the lifting mechanism provide simultaneous and synchronous work of closing winch (3) and hoisting winch (4) with alignment of a motor torque. The system of safety contains a device of restriction of overload moment with a nonlinear characteristic of a level of restriction and contains an automatic registrar of the portal crane parameters. The invention considerably raises productivity of work with bulk cargoes, provides an opportunity to process large-capacity ships and facilitates operating mode of the portal crane.
