Immunoglobin conjugates with anticancer activity were prepd. by reacting Ig or Ig fragment with one or more mols. of formula (II). The fragment(II) is derived from the amide vindesine by removal of the NH2 gp. from the -CONH2 gp. II-conjugate includes sheep anticarcinoembryonic antigen, mouse monoclonal anticarcinoembryonic antigen and rabbit anti-mouse Ig. The conjugates are pref. used in formula suitable for injection, and each dosage unit pref. contains 0.01 - 2mg of active ingradient (in terms of the vindesine moiety). For the treatment of adult humans, dosage per week is generally in the range 1-10 mg/kg (vindesine moiety), esp. 3-9 mg/kg.
