EXAMPLE:7beta-[2-(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-(Z)-methoxyiminoacetami-do-]- 3-(1,5-$> tetra-methylene-2-pyrazolio)methyl-3-cephem-car-boxy-late. USE:Antibacterial agent. PREPARATION:The objective compound can be prepared by reacting the compound of formula II (a starting raw material) with the compound of formula III in the presence of an alkali metal salt such as sodium iodide in an aqueous solvent e.g. water, at 30-90 deg.C. |
