PURPOSE:To prevent an out-of-focus state by drilling a hole at a part where a holding plate spring of a holder for a collimator lens or a condenser lens is brought into contact with a lens holder, and applying an adhesive only at the hole area. CONSTITUTION:A hole 33 is provided at a part where a holding plate spring 31 is brought into contact with a lens holder 32. then an adhesive 34 is applied to the hole 33 to fix both the spring 31 and the holder 32 together. If the temperature rises or drops under such conditions, a point F has no shift since it is fixed by the adhesive 34. However, a slip occurs at a point G by an amount equal to a differential of heat expansion since both the spring 31 and the holder 32 are not fixed. Both points F and G are reset to their original states when the temperature is set again at its original level.
