MANUFACTURE OF STATIONARY INDUCTION ELECTRIC APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make very small deformation of a rolled iron core at the time of assembling and prevent deterioration of magnetic characteristic and damage of the rolled iron core by forming a coil which is divided into several sections and sequentially comprising these sections into the rolled iron core. CONSTITUTION:A rolled iron core 1 molded by winding amorphous magnetic material has a joint 1a obliquely abutted at an area and a plurality of coils 2 which cross with such joint are divided as the plates in the direction of length of iron core leg, namely in the direction of magnetic flux. This rolled iron core 1 is previously heated and a little bending deformation is given to the rolled iron core 1. Thereby a gap 3 is formed at the joint. The coil 2 is divided into the plates which enter such gap and these are sequentially inserted to the rolled iron core 1 from such gap 3. After all coils are inserted, the joint 1a of rolled iron core 1 is closed and the coil 2 is fixed to the predetermined position. Thereby a stationary induction electric apparatus can be assembled.
