PURPOSE:To keep horizontally a display device and to attain the satisfactory connection of signals by setting an insulated elastic matter at a position of a display device which is opposite to the signal pattern side to secure the coaction with a conductive elastic matter provided at the signal pattern side. CONSTITUTION:An insulated spacer 10 is provided on a printed board 4 of an electronic calculator. This spacer 10 contains an elastic projection part 10b at a place near the end at one side and a through hole 10c at a place near the end at the other side. The hole 10c is fitted on a signal pattern part 4b of the board 4. While a conductive elastic matter 7 of a square rod shape is set into the hole 10c and a display device 6 is put on the spacer 10. Then the spacer 10 and the device 6 are totally fixed to the board 4 by means of a metallic parts 8. Thus the matter 7 is positioned by fitting the spacer 10 into the hole 10c. Then the device 6 is held horizontally by the matter 7 and arc-shaped projection parts 10a and 10b formed at the positions opposite to the matter 7. In such a way, the satisfactory connection of signals in ensured.
