PURPOSE:To simplify operation by an operator, and attain smooth rising of turbine inlet temperature, by storing the turbine inlet temperature just before starting of a turbine and a change in the temperature, and controllably rising the turbine inlet temperature according to a rise starting command. CONSTITUTION:When a rise starting command of turbine inlet steam temperature is generated at starting of a turbine, an analog memory 9 stops tracking of actual temperature, and feeds the temperature upon generation of the rise starting command to an adder 2. A change rate limiting signal from a charge rate limiter 1 is also fed to the adder 2. A lower one between an output from an automatic/manual operating unit 8 and an output from the adder 2 is selected by a lower signal selecting unit 5, and the lower signal is set as a set value of the turbine inlet steam temperature. A heater bypass valve is adjusted to control the turbine inlet temperature to the set value. Thus, the operation by an operator may be simplified, and smooth rising of the turbine inlet temperature may be attained. |
