PURPOSE:To perform high accurate machining even in an eccentric work, by clamping a work in a direction at a right angle with the axial line between centers of the work and a rotary tool with no influence to a distance between the centers of the work and the rotary tool. CONSTITUTION:A rest main unit 14, being adapted to a stopper 16 set to a predetermined position by advancing a piston rod 12, determines an advance end position. Further if the piston rod 12 advances against tension of a spring 13, a V-shaped receiving bed 17 closes till an adjusting bolt 20 is adapted to a receiving bed stopper 21 against tension of a spring 19. Here a work 11 is pressed with no gap, in a direction crossing at a right angle with the before said axial line between centers of the work and a tool, between a flat receiving bed 22, continually urged in the closing direction, and the V-shaped receiving bed 17. Finally the rest main unit strongly fixes both the flat receiving bed 22 by a piston 25 and the V-shaped receiving bed 17 also by a piston 24.
