PURPOSE:To multiply efficiently B cells with improved cloning efficiency, by cultivating B cells transformed by EB viruses in a specific culture medium. CONSTITUTION:Lymphocytes obtained by separating from human peripheral blood holding a specific antibody are transformed by EB viruses to give B cells, which are cultivated in a culture medium prepared by irradiating tumorigenic transformed B cell derived from Burkitt's lymphoma, e.g. Raji, Daudi or BJA-B cell, or adding B cell multiplication factor produced from the B cell as a feeder cell in 300,000-500,000 number of cells per one plate (6cm) to RPMI1640 (containing added 20% bovine fetal blood serum), etc., by the limiting dilution method, etc. |
