PURPOSE:The titled composition useful as an electrostatic material, magnetic shielding material, etc., having improved reduction in oxidation stability caused by blending of metallic powder, obtained by blending a polymer with metallic powder coated with an amine compound and a silane coupling agent compound. CONSTITUTION:A polymer such as a synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, etc. is blended with metallic powder [e.g., iron (alloy), etc.] coated with an amine compound (e.g., phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, etc.) and a silane coupling agent compound [e.g., vinyl-tris(2-methoxy-ethoxy)silane, etc.], to give the aimed composition. The amounts of the amine compound and the silane coupling agent compound coated are 0.05-1.0wt%, respectively.
