PURPOSE:To improve the function and reliability for an actuator, by enhancing the rigidity of the uppermost lever fulcrum section of the largest displacement at a mechanical displacement amplifying section. CONSTITUTION:The frame 1 and the mechanical displacement amplifying section 2 of an actuator are integrally press-formed with spring steel or the like, and the amplifying section 2 is provided with the first and the second lever sections 2a, 2b for two-step mechanism and fulcrum sections 3a-3c. By the action of the actuator, voltage is applied to a piezeelectric element 4, and a displacement force is generated in the direction of the arrow head as shown in the figure,and the amplifying section 2 is enlarged. Then, the fulcrum section 3c for the second lever section 2b is organized as a cylindrical fulcrum section 7, and a receiver member 8 is provided for the frame 1 to form the supporting member for the fulcrum section. In this manner, the rigidity of fulcrum section 7 of the second lever section 2b of the largest displacement for transmitting the displacement with a displacement transmitting arm 6 is enhanced, and the lever section is freely supported in the fitting groove of the fulcrum section supported in the fitting groove of the fulcrum section supporting member,and so the mechanical stress can be extremely improved. |
