Device for the cleaning, washing, scratching, rinsing and drying of products generally intended for making food. The invention relates to the machine and the worm and scrapers drum system whereby the products may be cleaned hot or dry, swirl rinsed and optionally disinfected with a product as required by law. The product is cleaned by scraping it along the helicoid using add-on scrapers, and by the differential speed between, on the one hand, the bottom wall of the drum and the free plate and, on the other hand, the top wall of the drum which has the same speed of rotation but a greater speed at its circumference.
