PURPOSE:To improve a property of control for an air-fuel ratio by providing air-fuel ratio adjusting means for correcting at least one of fuel and air and learning control means for controlling the air-fuel ratio based on a correction valve, in response to an operation state. CONSTITUTION:At least one of fuel and air is corrected by means of an air-fuel ratio adjusting means 32 based on an output from an air-fuel ratio detecting means 30 after receiving an output from an operation state setting means 31. After the elapse of a prescribed time under a second operation state, a learning control means 34 controls an air-fuel ratio to the air-fuel ratio corresponding to the second operation state, based on a correction value stored in memory means 33. In such a manner, a learning value with high accuracy can be yielded together with improvement in a control property of the air-fuel ratio.
