PURPOSE:To obtain easily reactance by detecting the oscillation data on the available power, reactive power and node side terminal voltage at an optional node and the oscillation data on the angular frequency of the node side voltage. CONSTITUTION:The available power P, reactive power Q, generator terminal voltage Vt and the angular frequency omegat of the terminal voltage Vt in a power plant 11 are detected by a measuring instrument 9 and are stored in memories 1, 2. The phase difference angle deltae between the system voltage and infinite bus voltage is determined from the data P, Q, Vt and the assumptive value Xe of the equiv. reactance in a block 3 in succession to the above. The phase difference angle delta*e is similarly determined in a block 4 from the data omegat and the assumptive value Xe. Such assumptive value Xe at which both signals coincide is determined and is outputted as the estimated reactance value. Then the easy determination of the equiv. reactance is made possible. |
